How IntoRaw collects, uses and protects information submitted through our website and production inquiry process.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you submit our contact / production inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company or brand name, email address, phone number (optional), website (optional), the details of your project (product category, production model, quantity, delivery target, and any additional comments), and any files you choose to attach (tech packs or reference images). We also receive your IP address and basic browser information automatically as part of submitting the form, and a bot-verification token from Cloudflare Turnstile.
02 / PURPOSEWHY WE COLLECT IT
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we're a good fit for your production needs, and follow up with quotes, samples, or next steps. Submitted inquiries are stored in our internal customer relationship (CRM) system so our team can track and respond to them.
03 / RETENTIONHOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if we begin working together, for the duration of that business relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Contact below).
04 / SERVICESWHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this form and respond to you: Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting, security, and bot protection via Turnstile). These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.
05 / PROTECTIONSECURITY
We use reasonable technical measures—including bot verification, file-type validation on uploads, and access controls on our internal systems—to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

You may decline to provide optional fields (phone, website, other interest) with no effect on whether we can respond to your inquiry. To access, correct, or request deletion of information you've submitted, contact us using the details below.
