Manufacturing begins with disciplined preparation. In pre-production, the developed product is converted into a complete plan that the factory can execute consistently.
Design, fit, grading, fabric, trims, branding applications and quality requirements are reviewed and finalized. We also secure the materials and resources required for production.
Using our connected production network, we align the product with the appropriate factory, confirm order volume, material quantities, costing and timing, and resolve remaining questions before bulk begins.
This preparation creates a smoother transition into production while protecting the precision and quality expected by the brand.

FABRIC CONFIRM
Bulk fabric is confirmed with the production source to protect consistency in weight, hand feel, color and performance.

TRIM CONFIRM
Labels, zippers, drawcords, tapes and other components are checked for specification, compatibility, quality and availability.

PP SAMPLE CONFIRM
The pre-production sample represents the actual product to be manufactured and becomes the approval standard for bulk.

OPTIMIZE
Fit, construction and performance are reviewed once more so corrections can be resolved before the production line begins.

Final measurements, materials, construction, applications and packing instructions become the factory’s production manual.

WHY IS A TECH PACK
IMPORTANT?

A tech pack ensures that garments made during sampling and final production follow your precise specifications, minimizing errors. Brands typically review several sample sets before approving the finished product. Clear documentation keeps those samples aligned with the intended result and avoids the time and expense of reproducing incorrect versions.
COST OF THE GARMENT
The details in a tech pack allow the manufacturer to break down each requested component and determine the unit cost. Construction complexity and required finishes also help establish production time. Using the same complete specification makes manufacturer costing easier to review and compare.
QUALITY CONTROL
A tech pack provides the measurements, construction requirements and size specifications needed to maintain quality control and consistent sizing across the complete product range.
SECURITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
The final approved tech pack and “golden” sample can be referenced in the manufacturing agreement as the required production standard. If unauthorized changes occur in fabric, trims, measurements or construction, the documented approval provides a clear basis for responsibility and corrective action.
