Our oversight extends from raw materials through cutting, sewing, applications, finishing and final packaging. Quality standards are maintained and inspected throughout the process—not only after production is complete.
Our Seoul team at MONCROSSKOREA CO., LTD. runs its own production line directly, alongside our international partner-factory network. Each program is placed according to the product, construction, capacity and delivery requirements.

Verified textile mills are coordinated with the CMT location so fabric quality, timing and production management remain aligned.

Approved zippers, labels, drawcords, tapes and other components are sourced, inspected and released to the production line.

CUTTING, SEWING & APPLICATION
Verified factories execute cutting, garment construction, screen printing, embroidery and other applications to the approved standard.

FINISHING & PACKAGING
Finishing, final pressing, folding, labeling and custom packing are completed with close attention to workmanship and presentation.
