Frequently asked questions
GOOD QUESTIONS.
CLEAR ANSWERS.
A practical starting point for development, production, timing and working with IntoRaw.
01What is your typical MOQ?
+
Minimum order quantities vary by product, material, construction and factory. Share your target quantity and specifications, and we will recommend the most practical production path.
02What are typical sampling and production lead times?
+
Timing depends on product complexity, material availability and approval speed. We provide a project-specific schedule after reviewing the product and required development work.
03Can you source custom-developed fabrics?
+
Yes. We can source stock materials or coordinate custom fabric development when the quantity, timing and technical requirements support it.
04Do you ship internationally?
+
Yes. We coordinate domestic and international shipment options based on destination, timing, volume and cost.
05Where does production take place?
+
Programs are matched with qualified partners across our connected U.S. and Asian production network according to product, capacity and delivery requirements.
06How do you handle quality issues?
+
Quality is checked throughout development and production. If an issue appears, we document it, identify the cause and coordinate corrective action against the approved sample and specifications.
07Do you sign NDAs?
+
Yes. We can review reasonable mutual or client-provided confidentiality agreements before sensitive product information is shared.
08Do I need a complete tech pack to get started?

No. A tech pack is helpful, but a reference sample, sketches or a clear product idea can be enough to begin an initial conversation.
09Do you offer both CMT and full-package production?
+
Yes. We support CMT programs built from approved client materials and specifications, as well as full-package programs covering sourcing, development, sampling and production management.
10Can you develop samples before bulk production?

Yes. Prototype, fit, sales and pre-production samples can be developed as required before bulk approval.
11What information should I include in an inquiry?

Include the product category, estimated quantity, target delivery, reference images or tech pack, fabric direction and any special applications or packaging needs.
